Good1's Terms and Conditions — Complete rules governing membership and use of services

Good1 (good1.vu) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. In this document, "Good1", "we", and "our" refer to the Good1 platform authority. "Member", "user", or "you" refers to any individual who is registered on or using the Good1 platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Good1 account. Never share your password with anyone, and report any suspicious activity to Good1 Support immediately.

• Keep your account details up to date — notify us if your mobile number or address changes.
• Granting third-party access to your account is strictly prohibited.
• After logging in, do not leave your account logged in on any unattended device.
• Any attempt at fraudulent activity or system manipulation will result in permanent account closure.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.

Good1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the event of suspicious activity and will investigate the situation before making a decision.

The following rules apply at all times for betting and gaming on Good1:

• Each bet has a set minimum and maximum limit, which may vary depending on the game.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; however, the cashout feature may be used in live betting.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, Good1 will refund the bet amount to the member's account.
• All games on Good1 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is certified and manipulation-free.
• For Sports Betting, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Good1 reserves the right to reject any bet if a system error or incorrect odds are published.

All transaction rules on Good1 are designed to protect members' interests. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200. Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted for deposits.
• Withdrawals must be made to a registered mobile banking account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Depositing from another person's account is strictly prohibited; deposits and withdrawals must be made from the same account.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, good1 may place a hold on funds until the investigation is complete.

Good1 reserves the right to cancel any transaction deemed suspicious, erroneous, or fraudulent.

Good1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to claiming and using these bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is detailed in the offer terms.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be used for betting until the wagering requirement is met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts and bonuses being cancelled.
• Good1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and make their first deposit.

• Repeatedly violating any of Good1's rules.

Upon account closure, any valid balance remaining in the member's account will be refunded; however, any bonus-related balance will be forfeited.

Good1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time as needed. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

• Updated rules take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
